Delete Your Account

FunKollector is operated by Roia Labs Ltd. You can delete your FunKollector account and associated collection data either inside the app or by sending us a request.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open FunKollector and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Account, then Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion on the web

Email us from the address linked to your FunKollector account. Include the username or account email that should be deleted so we can verify the request.

What is deleted

We delete or anonymise the account profile, collection records, custom collection photos, notification tokens, and other account-linked app data that is not required for legal or security purposes.

What may be retained

Transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years where required for tax and legal compliance. Limited fraud-prevention, security, and deletion-request records may be retained only for as long as needed to meet legal or security obligations. These records are restricted and are not used to keep the deleted account active.
