2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• — Collection Data: Photos of collectibles, purchase details (price, date, location), estimated market values
• — Device Information: Device type, OS version, IP address, device identifiers and attribution identifiers where available (for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and campaign measurement)
• — Optional Account Data: Email address, username (if you create an account)
• — Subscription and Purchase Data: Subscription status, product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase date, currency, and purchase value when you start or manage a subscription
• — Usage Data: App launches, feature interactions, diagnostics, crash data, and performance data

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Compliance)

For EU users, we process data based on:

• — Contractual Necessity: To provide the core app functionality
• — Legitimate Interest: For analytics and service improvement
• — Consent: For optional features like email notifications and, where required, tracking or advertising attribution

4. Analytics, Attribution, and Advertising Measurement

We use third-party analytics and attribution providers, including AppsFlyer, to understand app installs, app launches, campaign performance, and subscription conversion events. This helps us measure whether advertising campaigns are effective and improve how we promote FunKollector.

When you install or use the app, AppsFlyer may process technical and attribution data such as device information, app launch events, IP address, device or vendor identifiers where available, advertising campaign parameters, and attribution identifiers. When a subscription succeeds, we may send AppsFlyer a subscription event that includes the product identifier, transaction identifier, currency, and purchase value.

If you interact with ads for FunKollector, attribution and subscription postback data may be shared with advertising partners, including Reddit, to measure ad performance, attribute installs, and optimize campaigns. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use service providers to operate and improve FunKollector, including cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, payment processing, and advertising attribution. These providers may process personal data on our behalf or as independent controllers according to their own policies. Current providers may include Apple, Firebase/Google, Facebook/Meta SDK services, AppsFlyer, Reddit Ads, and hosting infrastructure providers.

6. App Tracking Transparency and Your Choices

Where required by Apple platform rules or applicable law, we request permission before accessing data used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can change tracking permissions at any time in iOS Settings. You can also limit ad personalization and reset relevant advertising settings from your device settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data:

• — For active accounts: Until deletion request
• — For inactive accounts: 3 years of inactivity
• — Transaction records: 7 years for tax compliance
• — Analytics and attribution records: For as long as needed for reporting, fraud prevention, campaign measurement, and legal compliance

8. International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred outside the EU using Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms.

Terms of Service

1. Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use FunKollector (16 in some jurisdictions).

2. Valuation Disclaimer

Market values are estimates only. FunKollector is not responsible for financial decisions based on these estimates.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content within the app.

4. Subscription Terms

Premium features require payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your active subscription in the subscriptions section of your smartphone's settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

FunKollector's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
